This Mix came from a question frequently asked : What if we finally stopped sweating with the dashes of sauce-that-can't-be-pronounced here, the drops of hot sauce there, and the frosted glass of celery salt sticking to our fingers? So Monsieur Cocktail created the perfect balance of a salty drink and put it in a bottle for your enjoyment: Worcestershire sauce with apple cider vinegar, chili peppers and a diverse blend of spices from celery to garlic, onion and herbs. A perfect bloody every time? Sounds like a good deal.

Tasting Notes: Soy and tomato quickly give way to an impressive bouquet of spices combining fresh celery, onion and chives. The finish is slightly spicy and reminiscent of Worcestershire.

How to Serve:

• Ideal with clamato or tomato juice, carrot, pepper or celery juice;
• In the kitchen to make dressings with meat, carpaccio, tomato sauce, seafood pasta.
