JNPR - JNPR N°2 - Gin

To create this Non Alcoholic gin - ginger, cardamom, Jamaican pepper and chilli are macerated and then distilled in copper stills. 

Notes:  Cardamom on the nose. Subtle notes of ginger and Jamaican pepper on the palate, with a hint of chilli pepper.

Ingredients: Water, ginger distillate, green cardamom, allspice, martin pepper infusion, juniper berries, citric acid, potassium sorbate.
